cold comfort

There is really only one thing to do when you feel a cold coming on. Lemon, Honey, Whiskey. Bed.

Poor you - hope you'll soon be feeling brighter. Those colds at the change of season always seem to be the worst. A tip - try adding crushed garlic to the toddy and, at night, a little shredded root ginger. Garlic helps the respiration and ginger acts as an inner heater, so you sweat out the cold at night. Ancient Chinese remedy! And works a treat.
